16th – 18th March, 2026 | Catholic Social Centre, Bolgatanga
Africa Faith & Justice Network (AFJN) Ghana, in collaboration with Dominican for Justice, is pleased to announce an important upcoming event: a Stakeholders Engagement Forum on Early & Child Marriage and Domestic Servitude, scheduled to take place from 16th to 18th March, 2026 at the Catholic Social Centre in Bolgatanga.
This forum will bring together key actors, community leaders, policymakers, religious groups, and child‑rights advocates for a shared mission:
✔ Protect Children
✔ End Exploitation
✔ Promote Human Dignity
Participants will engage in meaningful dialogue on the root causes, cultural drivers, and long‑term consequences of early marriage and domestic servitude. The discussions will also explore strategies for prevention, community awareness, and support systems that safeguard children, especially girls from exploitation and harmful practices.
Theme Focus:
Changing mindsets, reclaiming dignity, and forging a brighter future for generations to come.
Through partnership and collaboration, AFJN Ghana and Dominican for Justice remain committed to creating safer communities where children can grow, learn, and thrive without fear or exploitation.
We invite all stakeholders and partners to join us in this essential conversation and collective action.
